Do you offer hemming services for raw denim?
Yes, we provide an authentic chain-stitch hemming service using our vintage Union Special machines. This service is complimentary for any jeans purchased at full price.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship globally via express couriers. Typically, orders to Europe arrive within 2-3 business days, while shipping to North America and Asia takes approximately 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return window for all online purchases. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-hemmed jeans cannot be returned.
How should I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the indigo and achieve unique fades, we recommend wearing your jeans for as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a specialized denim detergent and air dry.
